Race Information and Rule Clinics will be held for Life Time Tri CapTex at the MultiSport Expo. Please revisit this page for a posting of Clinics and times. Also, please make note that these clinic times will also be posted at the MultiSport Expo. Course talks are mandatory for first time athletes and strongly recommend for all other athletes. Course talks take between 45 mins and one hour.
