Pro Triathlete Qualifications
To race in the professional division at Life Time Tri CapTex, you must meet one of the following criteria: 

• USA pros: Hold a current USA Triathlon Elite Card
• Canadian pros: Hold a current Canadian Elite Card
• Countries other than USA or Canada: Hold a current Elite Card or purchase a USAT one-day permit

The competition at Life Time Tri Captex is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Membership in USAT or a USAT single-event permit is required for participation in the event. You will be required to show your USAT/pro membership card at packet pickup or purchase a USAT single-event permit if you have not included the $12 fee with your race entry. If you have purchased a USAT single-event permit and wish to upgrade to a USAT annual membership, you may do so any time prior to the event.
